Tele-Practice Platform Development

Client: National Online University

Fuerro Strategy planned, developed, and managed the launch of the client’s first tele-practice platform for speech-language pathology. Evaluated and selected the technology provider for video conferencing sessions, established a beta site, and developed and led initial training. Platform launch was completed in under four months and led to a new business line for the client.

Post M&A Integration

Client: K-12 EdTech Company

Acquisition integration for a mid-market firm acquiring a B2C firm. Led the integration of 11 different workstreams on a 3-month integration project, consisting of eight intra-company teams: Product, Go-To-Market, Sales, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Content Development, and Operations. The integration was integrated without disruption to services, revenue, or profitability, or loss of critical staff to key concerns.

New Market Entry

Client: Midwest-based food services provider

For a Midwest-based food services provider, Fuerro Strategy conducted deep market analysis and diligence on mid-west MSAs considering staffing and labor opportunities, current competition, transportation, and key accounts. Work resulted in prioritized target markets and an analytic framework for assessing additional cities.

Case Study: Wide Angle Youth Media
